Description

This organization impersonated the organizer of the Advanced Therapies USA 2025 conference and contacted me on July 16, claiming that hotel rooms were limited and urging me to book through them quickly to secure a discount. I selected a hotel based on the form they provided and gave them my credit card information. When I received the booking confirmation, I discovered that they had charged a $211 service fee to my account. There was no mention of any such fee in their emails or the form. I was completely unaware of this charge, and I have full evidence to support my claim. When I told them I did not want to pay the service fee and requested a cancellation, they stopped responding to me.
