PLACED AN ORDER FOR $20.85 ON JULY 25, 2025 AND IMMEDIAELY RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER. THEY STATED IT TAKES 2-3 DAYS PROCESSING BEFORE SHIPMENT. CONTACTED THEM MANY TIMES INDICATING I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. A CUSTOMER CARE PERSON, STEPHANIE, RESPONDED I WOULD BE RECEIVING MY ORDER IN A FEW DAYS AND IT HAD ALL READY LEFT AND WAS IN ROUTE. STEPHANIE SAID SHE PRIORITIZED MY ORDER SO I WOULD RECEIVE IT IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. WHEN 10 DAYS HAD PASSED I AGAIN CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE. THIS SO CALLED COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED PERMANENTLY SO OTHERS ARE NOT BEING SCAMMED!
