I stayed at the YOTEL Washington DC from June 6th - June 8th (booked through Algotels). When I arrived at the hotel they indicated there was no record of my reservation. I called Algotels and it was indicated they'd be reaching out to the hotel to resolve the matter. The hotel was sold out so Algotels then attempted to relocate me to the hotel across the street. Someone at the front desk of the hotel indicated there was a cancelation and I was able to stay there after all (which I communicated to Algotels via text message). At the end of my stay, I was charged by the hotel in addition to the charge already made by Algotels. I attempted to call the Algotels customer service number +1 (914) 491-6584 three times now and emailed four times with no success.
