I ordered 7 Labubu figures from this business, spending over $170 with the expectation that they were authentic. What I received were blatant counterfeits. The quality was shockingly poor; paint was smeared, colors were completely off, and every figure was obviously fake. This company misrepresented its products, took my money, and delivered fraudulent merchandise. I am extremely upset and frustrated as a customer. This was a clear scam, and I feel deceived. Others should be warned not to purchase from this business, as they are selling counterfeit products under the false claim of authenticity. This company is not trustworthy and should be held accountable for defrauding customers.
