I ordered Hey Dude shoes off of an add on YouTube. They claimed they sent them. I never received them. They supposedly sent them again but I of course never received them. Finally, I demanded a refund. They claimed they could only refund 70% of what I spent but I accepted that since just wanted to move on having learned a lesson. It has been over a month and still no refund. I contacted them and they claimed "force majeur" was the reason I never received it. They claimed they reapplied for the refund but I am sure I have been scammed at this point. I just don't understand why they keep corresponding with me by email claiming to help me. That is the worst part. No empathy, at all.
