Advertise jewelry received in mail and was a cheap version or fake version of advertise jewelry, which was listed as handmade and is obviously made in either China or overseas and is of extremely poor quality. Customer attempted to return items and was given option of having 30% of the refund issued if she kept the product or a 60% voucher. Return shipping was listed to be approximately €50-€70 plus custom fees of €30-€50. customer confused by having to return item to China if it was ordered and supposed to be handmade and USA. Customer given quote from post office to return item at approximately $20.
