Description

The letter that was sent was a post card with no return address and the other I receied had a return PO box in Florida. It stated that there was a matter of importance regarding my mortgage and that I neededed to call 833-408-1597. I looked up the information and saw it was a scam. I attempted to contact my bank and was told the call kept dropping. The representative took my number and said someone would call back. I received a call back before I even hung up and the number appeared to be a scammer and I refused to give any personal information. I contacted my closing loan officer to verify..
