I purchased calming cubes with the summer sale deal - pay for 2 get 2 free on 6/12/2025. I paid and received an order confirmation. Never received any shipping information. Contacted company by email 3-4 times before receiving a generic response about them being overwhelmed with orders and it would take a few more weeks before orders we're shipped out. Emailed today and emails aren't going through. Google searched Calming Cubes and all traces of online presence are gone - no website and no social media. Which means no way to get a refund.
