I ordered two of their Shockwave water scooters totaling $203.20 and I never received the products and less than 2 weeks after the purchase was made my debit card received multiple charges totaling over $1,000. I reached out to their so-called Support Center and all they did was try to reassure me that the product was on its way! In every additional time I attempted to reach out to them I received no response when I attempted to call their customer service number 1888-705-7999 I just reached a busy signal and it said number was not valid.
