YouTube reel advertisement for low cost shoes (HeyDude). Bought 3 pairs of shoes for an extremely low cost. Shipping took over 1 month. Tracking said "delivered" but was not. Contacted customer service about issue. They sent a second shipment using the same information and tracking system. 1 month later, shoes did not arrive again. When asked for a refund, they offered 70% and said that was all the carrier company was willing to pay. After stating that was unacceptable, they issues an invoice saying that all money would be refunded but that it would take 15-25 working days for the refund to post. I have not received the refund yet and don't expect to.
