I purchased flights ahead of time and when I went to get a refund, I could not get ahold of a single human being. All of their systems are automated and when I asked to get a refund and was finally connected with who I thought was a real person, they tried to charge me an extra $770 dollars for the refund. I am still making payments through Affirm and I have not heard of a refund from the company directly yet. The time I was supposed to take the flight already passed and I cancelled it with American Airlines beforehand. Still did not receive any sort of refund and it is acting as if I haven’t cancelled or asked for a refund multiple times. I still owe $1400 and continue to make payments toward something I already cancelled and haven’t received.
