I did not receive my full order. The items I did receive had no tags, and were very cheap quality. I asked to make a return, and they offered a 5% refund, and I could keep the item. I asked to return the item, as it did not fit. They said I’d be responsible for shipping and associated fees to send the item back to China (the location of the company is indicated to be Charlotte, NC. The items I received came from a warehouse in IL). When I complained about that, they offered a 15% refund. They said they would pay that back to the original form of pymt, which for me was a debit card I had recently cancelled and replaced. They said they weren’t able to refund to an account other than what I’d originally used. So to recap, I only received part of my order, the part I received was poor quality and didn’t fit right, returns are cumbersome and nominal refunds are offered. And if you want a refund to a replacement card-from the same account the original purchase was made-they can’t process it.
