I purchased and paid for a pair of pants made of linen. The company sent a pair of pants made of polyester, a cheaper product. Polyester paints is not what I ordered. The company refused to give me a full refund. Instead, it offered to give back 40% of the amount I spent and a 10% discount on a next purchase. I see this purchase as a bait and switch, substituting an inferior and cheaper fabric (polyester) for the linen I ordered.
