Description
My 85 year old mother received a call from a woman named Niko. My mother said she had called yesterday too. Niko said one of her insurance policies had lapsed. She said her policy no longer covered burial expenses. I said then where is her refund, because the premiums came out automatically. She told me to calm down. I said I will not. I hung up on them. I called back, and it was answered: "A person will be with you shortly" but nobody came on the line.
