Harper and Lane is a scam!!!!!! Several back and forth emails trying to make a return without paying shipping costs to China and to receive a full refund of $105.90 for poor quality garments made of polyester and spandex advertised as cotton linen blends. First they offered 20% of my money returned, then 50%, then 75%. Lastly i was offered 100% if i send it to this address in California. I don't trust it. I think they're going to say they never received it since this is not the China address they gave at first. I reported the transaction to my credit card company. Never use your debit card for online purchases.
