I received this text and the phone number reads 695-34 that is all of it. "You will receive messages from Harris&Harris Debt Collector. # of messages varies. T&C: https://hhcollect.co/Harris STOP to stop Msg&DataRatesMayApply Next text was addressed to my adult daughter who has her own phone number, Victoria, Harris&Harris-collects for PA Turnpike. Balance: %58.71 To Pay: https://hhcollect.co/v13cKr or call 833-480-8973 We have had issues with turnpike, so maybe this is legit, I do not know
