Description
I paid a wig maker via Cash App on 7/4/25 for a custom wig order. The seller confirmed receipt of payment but has failed to provide a clear shipping timeframe. It has now been over two weeks, and I have not received the product or tracking information. I have reached out multiple times requesting updates, and the seller continues to give vague responses, stating that the wig is “almost done” but providing no proof of shipment or estimated delivery.
