It was Labubu dolls. I specifically emailed them asking if they were authentic and they said yes. A month later they came and they were fake. I emailed them again, sending the complaint with the email saying they were authentic and they said they were “ part of our authentic Kawaii Room Creations — original designs crafted exclusively by our team”. My credit card company won’t help because I need the company that makes the actual Labubus to state they know these are fraudulent and they never sent me that email.
