I ordered a facebrush through an ad on Facebook at the end of May. I received a tracking number and had tracking updates through June and into July. The package was supposedly delivered July 15. After several messages back and forth with the company I was asked to contact the post office. I did and they told me the tracking number was for a package that had another name and address and had been delivered there. When I contacted the company again they promised to send the product again if I would get a claim from the post office. To do that I would need the original receipt from the shipping company. When I asked the company to contact their shipping company and file a claim they directed me back to asking the post office for a proof of lost package. I’m caught in an endless loop of their making.
