Description
I received a phone call today from 973- 241- 2748, the man stated that I was scheduled to received a summons for a civil lawsuit tomorrow 8/12/2025 at my home between the hours of 9am -2pm. I responded by saying I was not going to be home and what was this all about. He provided telephone number 877-396-1219 and a case #. Number was for B&B lawgroup. Woman on other end knew all my information and stated that EZ Corp EZ money we're taking me to court for over $5,000. Claimed that I never paid a loan from 2015. I have never dealt with that company nor have I ever received money from a loan. I'm not sure what this lawfirm is doing but it doesn't seem legit.
