Called to book a hotel in Tucson with a shuttle. Reservation operator gave me a price but no shuttle, when I refused she got me onto another hotel but no shuttle and finally onto the third where she GUARANTEED there was a shuttle so I signed up for a reservation thinking it was legit. After, I was suspicious due to hard to understand Maria’s pronunciations and something made me look at my digital credit card which had three charges for two hotels and a $17.00 booking fee! NO HOTEL CHARGES AHEAD OF TIME NOR ADDS A BOOKING FEE! After calling the actual hotel chain and discovering no shuttle, I called my bank, cancelled my credit card and found a number for what I perceived as a scam group. I promptly called to cancel. They sent me paperwork confirming my cancellation. It all looks legit but BEWARE! As a third party booking group, they get your money first. Good luck to the hotel you think you are booking and their false promises!
