I listened to a LONG video about LipoMax on Facebook and ordered it for $322.67. I immediately got a phone call from a woman named Nicole telling me that I really need a coach to use LipoMax and the price would be about $3200. I said this is a scam and told her to cancel my order. Since then, I have called numerous times to Nicole and customer service trying to cancel this order. I was told that they had to send me the LipoMax and then I could return it for a full refund. I did receive the box and have not opened it. I have received at least 6 emails from this company and I have answered each email asking how to return the product and get a refund. I called Customer Service and you have to leave your number for a call back. But no one ever called me back. Today I called Customer service and actually was able to talk to a person. She said the website is down and for me to call back.
