Description
The dress purchased was supposed to be a fringe style dress and advertised a fringed dress with luxury style trim. Dress received was a machine printed dress mimicking fringe on poorly designed fabric sewn together in the absolute worst possible way. Was not even wearable. I asked to return it and I was given the run around and then offered 15% of what I paid as a refund.
