I purchased something on TikTok but later switched offsite which I was buying some items from Fenty and it ended up being from a company name Decard. When arrived it was FDA unapproved and when asked for a full refund the company instructed to return it to China which cost $20 non-refundable. Buyer beware of the fraudulent activity and unapproved makeup items.
