This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Sender provided a legal contract and offer for purchase of a property using legal CAR forms (CA Assoc. of Realtors). Contract entirely incorrect and ridiculous. The property is listed at $367K and they offered $275K, with terms that were blatantly incorrect and inappropriate for the property. Sent to me with no prior contact, no Buyer's Agent info, etc. They did not provide a Buyer name, only a business name with no phone #, address, etc.
