The website gave the impression of being based in Canada, but the product shipped from overseas with no certification, no brand labeling, and no way to verify safety claims. They advertise CE and ISO certifications, but refuse to provide documentation. Customer service is non-existent, and returns are only accepted if you ship the item back to China at your own cost. I’ve reported the company and initiated a chargeback with my credit card provider due to fraud. If you’ve been affected, do the same—and warn others. This is NOT a legitimate Canadian business.
