I saw an ad on Facebook for some shoes that were described as orthopedic, good quality and comfortable. My husband has issues with his feet so I also checked on Amazon to compare the price. The first mentioned place was cheaper and offered free shipping so I paid for them and another pair. I immediately got a 'fraud alert' on my phone so I called my bank and tried to get them to block the debit but they could not and suggested I contact the company and try to cancel the order. I sent an email to the company and they responded saying they couldn't cancel because the order had already been shipped. There was nothing I could do but wait and see if I got the order. I emailed them a couple of times as I tried to track the order. Finally I just waited to see if it came, which it did. The shoes were not as pictured, they looked cheap made and nowhere on the shipping package did it say SawBehind, which is the company they portrayed. There was an address so I googled it and the different things that came up made me believe I had been scammed.
