Online company name: ProclipperShop ..... origin scammer name: Hoch Mihoub N249, Baroki, Alger, Algeria 16027 ..... as discovered by me & there are probably many more locations - this person has a rented desk and address in these three locations: Shipping Department 182-30 150th Road, Jamaica, Queens, New York City, New York 11413 and 3195 East Washburn Road Suite 100, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89081 and 71-75 Shelton Street Covent Garden, London, England WC2H 9JQ ..... I purchased a product that was displayed in the online advertisement as a set of four items for $29.90 with free shipping. I only received one item for the cost of $29.90. After complaining 12 times by email - I was told by the online contact emailer that they would refund 10% ($2.90) and I keep the one item ..... I complained again and was told returned products had to be mailed to the London, England address at my expense of $31.90 to $89.00 (depending on postal service costs) which is more costly than the purchase price. ..... I complained several more times and was told I had to send product photos and a purchase receipt and the tracking number for the postal return. ..... There was no receipt given for the purchase. ..... They then gave me the address in North Las Vegas, Nevada to return the product to and said they would decide if I receive a refund or not after they receive the product. ..... I did mail the product to Nevada at a postal cost of $11.95 and I am waiting to see if they refund my purchase cost of $29.90. ..... I have reported this to the Office of Consumer Fraud - New York State Attorney General's Regional Office in Watertown, New York. ..... COMMENT: Due to the loss of retail stores - consumers have become vulnerable "fish in a barrel" for online sales scammers. All originating websites that allow product & service advertising (example: Facebook) must be held accountable for the advertising they allow to operate on their website.
