I was told when I contacted freeshipping.com about the $19.00 debit to my account that I must have clicked on a pop-up while ordering something online back in April and this happened in August. I was then given a trail period after which I would be charged $19.00 per month for "free" shipping! She said I could cancel my subscription and they would refund the money.
