I walked into my mothers room and noticed that she had a screen up on the computer that she would never go to on her own and the mouse was moving on it's own and she was on the phone. She told me that she got hacked and that they called her. I hung up the phone and shut the computer down and unplugged> I made necessary steps to freeze our bank account info because she write them a check and they told her to email the check picture to them and she gave them her account information/ the email is [email protected] and the check was made out to Micro Tech Live Solutions LLC for $370 for 'lifetime security'
