Description
Received a letter that said our company's "Colorado Periodic Report" is due by Oct. 31, 2025. The notice stated that our company "may be administratively dissolved or revoked if the 2025 Periodic Report is not filed by October 31 2025". There was a QR code and web address (busfile.org/CO-Corp). At the site it wanted all our business information. Though it is all publicly available I did not fill it out to see what's next.
