Seller is on TikTok using the name Radiansk and selling Paul Thomas Roth eye cream. The first offering is a reduced price with deeper discounts if you buy more. I selected one tube and one lower cost additional tube. I chose PayPal as the payment method. They processed that order for $32.32 including shipping and sales tax. Then they processed another charge of $78.57 for three more tubes. I wrote to them to dispute the charges but initially received no response. I went to PayPal to dispute and discovered Radiansk had activated a recurring monthly charge on my account which I promptly cancelled. Radiansk responded a couple of times with a tracking order that wasn’t recognized by the delivery company and different claims of refund but nothing tangible has happened. Contacted my credit card company to begin dispute from that end. Currently still waiting for resolution.
