I ordered GODA perfume through an Instagram advertisement. I'd heard of it before and had been curious, so when it came across my feed on sale I decided to try it out. I received a tracking number that didn't work. When I reached out to the company they assured me that it would eventually update. Having had an issue like that before that corrected itself after a day or two I thought nothing of it. But then a week passed and it still didn't work. I reached out again and the customer service agent assured me all was well and gave me the update that on their end they could see the specific date it should arrive. It didn't. Another week and a half after that I received an email saying my package was delivered. Not only was I home the entire day, I also always have a chat with my mail person, so there's literally no way this package came on that day, or any day for that matter. Once I sent this information over the company stopped responding to me. It has been a month and they are silent. I received the automatic message saying they'll get back to me within 48 hours and after writing in 3 times I've never heard a peep. I just sent a fourth email telling them I give up and will contact my bank and report them to the BBB, and here I am. I've bought plenty of things online, through ads and off of Instagram and never experienced anything like this, so don't feel bad if you fell for this mess also. Companies like this make it really hard for the little people and thats what makes me the most sad about this situation. DO BETTER GODA!
