Trip.com is a scam. I paid $180 for a flight from Colombo to Male. They do not allow any changes but if they change the flight which they did no refunds or credits are permitted. I was just asking for a credit , not even a refund in the form that I paid. This site is a scam. Its my first time ever using them and my last based on this experience. I travel a lot and decided to give them a try but I have never experienced anything like this even at a discount, which was not that great to begin with. Definitely could have considered other options. I just want to make others aware of this scam called Trip.com and encourage everyone not to use it!
