Description

Ordered merchandise after setting up an account. With no way to modify order on line I cancelled the order 10 hours after placing it. According to the website all correspondence is my email so after requesting cancellation I contacted my credit card company to dispute the pending charge. I received the shipment in spite of my cancellation. I continued to email the company got offered 30% off to keep the shipment, refused this offer and got a second offer for 50% off. I refused it as well and got a return address that was a row home in New Jersey with the phone number I supplied you.
