Description
The Facebook "Doctor" who talked about VitaRenew was very convincing. She talked about ingredients in the product which included bachi, innulin, dandylion, ceylon ginger, elm bark, funugrek, lemon balm, coagolin, fennel, lions mane, etc. She also said the product was a probiotic and an antioxidant for skin and gut healing. When I received the product, the label identified the ingredient of Apple Cider Vinegar 250 mg. No other ingredients were listed. I called customer service 7 times to talk to a Supervisor and was told a Supervisor would call me back. Finally a Supervisor called and was concerned about what I received and told me he would elevate the issue to the marketing department. He also told me to send and email with a photo of the bottle I received with the listed ingredients. I was told I would receive a response in 24 hours. I never received a response. I decided to send the product back. I feel their product was a SCAM. I did not receive the product they advertised on FB.
