there was a person on Park Boulevard in Oakland, California. The address is 1805 Park Blvd., Oakland, CA 95606. There was a gentleman who approached me to get a psychic reading as I went upstairs to get a reading it smelt like cigarette smoke, which I have asthma as I proceeded to walk in the apartment, which I thought was a business. There was people cooking, smoking being very loud was not what I was expecting. I felt like it wasn’t a professional place. It got me worried. I did not feel comfortable. so I was leaving, and as I was leaving, I tripped over a cord which was an extension cord to his neon sign, which is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I thought it was a business, but this person is running a business out of an apartment and it’s very dangerous the way they have it set up. I didn’t appreciate the smoke or the noise. It’s not a good place. I really don’t think that this is a legit establishment.
