I ordered a bunch of dresses from Rihoas.com, planning to try them on and return any that didn't fit. I kept three dresses and returned the rest. The package has been delivered to their warehouse according to USPS, but Rihoas customer service has ghosted me with no refund. Additionally, the phone number that they provide for customer service is out of service.
