I am publicly sharing my experience as a consumer who was unfortunately scammed by MIElevations. I paid $200 upfront for credit repair services, in addition to monthly payments of $20, but I was never provided with any actual service. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and express concerns about not being able to access the client portal to track progress, my access was ultimately revoked without explanation. Since then, all of my attempts to contact Phantazia, the individual associated with the business, have been ignored. As of today, I have not received a refund or any resolution. Meanwhile, the services continue to be actively promoted online. I am speaking out to warn others to proceed with caution when considering this business.
