I kept seeing a video/reel ad on Facebook for this bag. I ended up purchasing the bag on 07/24/2025. I used Shop to pay for the transaction. Come to find out, the bag is actually the Lovevook bag and all the videos most likely have been stolen from reviews for that bag. I have tried to contact them through email , but they have not responded and the link to the website (LoveTote.store) I purchased it from is no longer there. Looks like they are now using the name Lovebag.
