Description

On July 31st, 2025 I bought the THE Digital Marketing Mini-Course <> Charles Pack for $47. Then 2 days later on August 2, 2025 I get an email for the full course being on sale for 25% off 48 hours only which I buy for $222.75. The first thing I am instructed to do is to get the 14 day free trial to the Stan store so I can start making money selling the course I just bought with full resell rights. Then Martin will accept me into the community and I can interact with other people to get questions answered. Well Stan store ran my charge for $222.75 no problem but then ran it again a second time overdrawing my account. They then refunded both charges and then charged me again. I notified Martin to check into it via email and he did not respond. The other problem I had with the courses was when he was explaining how to do stuff in the videos, he started talking fast and like ten seconds into the video the screen capture he was using to follow along got fuzzy, in every video so I could not read clearly what he was doing. Useless teaching got me no where. I looked over the information on the skool platform that hosts the course and also on Stan store and there was nothing about a refund policy anywhere. So I emailed Martin Chapman and asked about the refund police and his reply was: Martin Chapman 8:07?AM (3 hours ago) to me Hey Charles I’m so sorry but I am unable to refund your purchase once you have been processed by Stan and accepted in the community! So, the very first thing is he rushes you into taking the free trial to stan store to be able to accept you into the community then uses that to deny you a refund. The community was nothing but people thanking Martin for the opportunity. I can't believe this scam exists, please shit them down. I lost $269.75 and I'm on a fixed income of less than a $1,000 per month. This is a terrible thing to happen to seniors.
