On 25 July 2025 I ordered 10 sleep patches from Wellamoon for $89.85after reading about patches online. We are having sleep issues, so thought might be of help. Next day I received invoice for $162.93 because they added $44.75 for 4 additional boxes, 14.95 pillow spray + $13.38 tax. I did not order the pillow spray or the 4 additional patches. They later recommended a calming tea, which I also declined. Wasn't charged for that. I sent cancellation of whole order immediately and received email that order was being packaged so could not cancel, but directions of how to return at my expense when order received. This was all before order shipped. Order received August 1, and I marked unopened package "Delivery Refused", and postman took package to return. I am handicapped and unable to go to Post Office. Package was still sealed and unopened. Email came that they would do 50% reduction, and I said I returned package. I don't want to do business with them. I feel they are unreliable and SCAM. I couldn't locate company on any BBB listing of any kind. Does it even exist?
