Starting 7/17/25 I have received a text message from 91651 every couple of days stating the text is from Shepherd Outsourcing. The text messages vary in wording but they all say it is regarding my Jefferson Capital Systems LLC account. I do not have an account with this company. They provide a URL that I should click on in addition to a phone number to call. The first text had a reference# but the remaining texts do not. Also, the ending digits in the URL change with each text message. The beginning of the URL remains the same, https://portal.shepherdoutsourcing.com/s/XXXXXX.
