Description
On Sunday, August 3, I found a package from Prime Medical Supply LLC on my front door step. I did not order any thing by mail and I did not recognize the return address. I opened the box and it contained a back brace and a packing slip. Monday, August 4, I called the phone number on the packing slip (714-265-7565) and later someone called me back. They asked for my name: nothing else! That person said someone from shipping would call me within 24 hours. I am calling the Post Office next.
