This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
There was an ad on Facebook for MOCO Boutique for a sale of items for $1.99. I have seen this website many times and decided to go look and I unfortunately purchased. So far they have only taken 39.45. I sent this to a friend who noticed the website at the top did not match the name of the company. so upon checking into this it's not the correct website and it is from China trying to steal from ppl like me.
