This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
I received a message from Bryant Castañeda at Gold VIP Vacations, claiming I had won a vacation through a radio promotion with La Mega 97.9. They asked me to pay $390 to claim it. The number used was (321) 282-6658 and 1-800-520-1086 ext 4040. This is a scam. I never received anything and was pressured to pay immediately. I request this to be investigated.
