I ordered two bottles of Goda perfume on July 22, 2025. I did not receive a tracking number. I was routed to the app Shop to track my package, where I'm supposed to be able to "track my package every step of the way, "but the Shop app also did not have the package tracking number. The estimate shipment time was 2 to 5 business days. It's August 3rd, 2025 and I still haven't received the products. I emailed Goda support twice, and the AI generated email response was to "be patient." There is no telephone number to call nor a business address to write. On August 3, 2025, I requested a refund through and haven't heard back. Products from China ship to the U.S. faster than this.
