Description
Purchased said to be authentic Labubu advertised on instagram. Contacted merchant quickly via email after noticing not from legit PopMart brand, merchant replied to email stating unable to stop shipping and offered partial refund of $40 and keep merchandise. I refused the partial refund and mentioned credit card dispute for full refund. Product received after a month and package label stated from Southern California address with different name senders. Email received from merchant in China, phone number and address in China not mentioned in website with products being sold. Name: Mr. Xu Phone Number: ?+86-18129827640?
