This content is based on victim and potential victim accounts. Government agencies and legitimate business names and phone numbers are often used by scam artists to take advantage of people.
Continuous voicemails stating that the person is trying to finish a loan application. The number to call back is always the same, 844-986-6680. The message states to call that number and if you wish to opt out of any future calls to press 9. I have not called that number.
