Received an urgent final notice from unknown company referencing my address and private mortgage company letting me know we have 7 days to contact or they revoke the allocated waiver. The waiver looks like a check for $199.00. There is just a phone number 888-540-8428 as the only contact information for the company sending this mailing. When I called the number it stated you have reached the home service contract hotline and to enter the property code on the mailing. I hung up.
